You can pre-program the one-touch Medical (green cross) button with a doctor or hospital's contact number. The phone comes with a wireless SOS alarm pendant, which instantly calls 5 designated helpers. With a press of the SOS pendant, the user can also answer any call on speakerphone. The telephone also has a unique remote monitoring feature, which allows any caregiver to automatically open the speakerphone line if the user does not pick up their call after 10 rings. The Remote Monitoring feature requires the caller to input a 4-digit security ID code to avoid spam calls. *NOTE: You must have a Caller ID and Call Waiting service subscription (through your local phone provider) to utilize CID features. Talking Feature CSC600ER features a Talking Keypad, Talking Phonebook, Talking Caller ID, and Talking Review. Hear the caller's name and number through the speakerphone before picking up the call. You can change the Talking Features' language from English to French, German, or Spanish. One-Touch Memory Store up to 7 one-touch numbers in the 5 one-touch speed keys, 1 voicemail speed key, and 1 large one-touch emergency dial button. Each key holds 32 digits. Hearing Aid & Headset Compatible The corded alert phone is compatible with assistive listening devices such as hearing aids and cochlear implants with telecoil, audio neckloops, with or without built-in microphones.
